Cheese-like products are an economical alternative to renneted cheeses. They are made from skimmed cow’s milk with the addition of selected vegetable fats. The taste and characteristics of the product are very similar to those of classic cheese.

Application

Cheese-like products are characterised by their high ductility and malleability. They can be used wherever classic cheese is used. They are an ideal addition to baked dishes: pizzas, toasts, casseroles. They can also be eaten cold as an ingredient in salads and sandwiches.

Packaging

Blocks of 2.5 – 3.2 kg and 15 – 20 kg packaged in shrink wrap and cardboard box.
